HOLIDAY HAM ROLLS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp. chopped pimento, well drained
1 tbsp. Creole mustard
6 (6 x 4 x 1/8 inch) boiled ham slices (Plumrose)

Combine all ingredients, except ham. Spread cream cheese evenly on one side of each ham slice. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Cover and chill. Carefully slice each roll into 1/2 inch pieces. Serve with toothpicks.
