FRUIT SALAD 
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar or sugar substitute
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pears, drained & diced, in own juice
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, in own juice
1 med. jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 sm. pkg. pecans
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows, colored ones

Beat eggs well. Add flour, salt, milk and vinegar. Cook over low heat until thick. Add sugar and butter to the hot mixture, stirring until both are dissolved. Cool. Whip cream into the egg mixture. When very cold, add drained fruits, pecans and marshmallows. Refrigerate overnight.
