1 egg yolk
3 oz. softened cream cheese
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. softened butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract

In large bowl combine sugar, salt, butter, cream cheese, extracts and egg yolk. Mix well with whip or hand mixer. Add flour 1/2 cup at a time and mix thoroughly. Chill 1/2 hour. Roll out dough 1/3 at a time to 1/8 inch thickness. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Do Not let cookies brown on edges.
