GONE ALL DAY STEW 
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 c. water or red wine
1/4 c. flour
2 lbs. beef cubes
3 med. carrots, sliced
Onion
1 sm. cabbage head (optional)
4 med. potatoes, chunked
1/2 c. celery chunks
12 whole fresh mushrooms or more
2 beef bouillon
1 tbsp. Italian herbs
1 bay leaf
Pepper

Mix together soup, water or wine and flour until smooth. Combine with remaining ingredients in roasting pan. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 4 to 5 hours. Serve with French bread or over noodles.
