TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1/2 c. fruit juice (pineapple, apple, orange, or any other)
1/4 c. soy sauce (I use Kikkoman Lite)
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. oil

Heat to boil to combine. Cool completely. Pour over chicken, beef or pork. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (even better overnight), turning or stirring occasionally. Great grilled or baked.
