LAMB OR PORK MARINADE 
2 cans frozen pineapple juice concentrate, undiluted
2-4 cloves pressed fresh garlic
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
Pinch of ginger

Marinate meat 8 hours or overnight. Grill outside. (Do not try to broil, high sugar content will burn in conventional oven.)
