3 c. self rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 can beer

Use a big spoon and mix well. Put in greased medium size bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. As a variation add 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg and a handful of white raisins. Delicious toasted.
