POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/4 lb. melted butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 oz. grated cheddar or colby cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix all together and put in a 9x13 pan. Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
