ANNA'S CAJUN CHICKEN 
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. liquid hot pepper seasoning
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients and soak cut up chicken overnight, in refrigerator.

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Combine in a plastic bag for shaking. Coat chicken and fry approximately 30 minutes.
