PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE | |
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple 4 eggs 5 slices bread, cubed 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, pineapple and bread. Put in lightly buttered casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Excellent with ham. Unusual and very good. Comes from Jamaica. |
