PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 egg, beaten 1 stick butter 5 slices bread, cubed Combine pineapple, flour, sugar; mix well. Add egg. Pour into 1 1/2 quart lightly greased casserole dish. Melt butter and toss with bread cubes until well coated. Place on top of pineapple and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
