60 SECOND CHOCOLATE MOUSSE | |
1 c. chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla or 1 tbsp. liquor (flavor) 1 egg 1 c. heavy cream (hot not boiling) Place chocolate chips, vanilla and egg in a blender. Add heavy cream, while blending on slow speed. "Whip" until well mixed. Place in bowl or dessert dishes and let cool. Refrigerate for several hours. Recipe can be doubled and/or frozen. Lighter Recipe: Add 2 whipped egg whites. |
