MIRAMANEES INDIAN FISH BAKE 
1/2 lb. fish per person
Butter
Parsley
Lemon
Lemon & Pepper seasoning

1. Lay out a large piece of tin foil and place the fish in the center.

2. Spread the butter on the top of the fish, covering it pretty well.

3. Sprinkle the lemon/pepper seasoning.

4. Slice mushrooms and cover the fish with the mushrooms. Sprinkle the parsley over the top of all this.

5. Close the tin foil and place on baking sheet. Cook for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees, or until it is done.
