AUNT HILDEGARD BLEEM'S VEGETABLE
SALAD
 
1 c. cooked rice
3 or 4 tbsp. French dressing
1 c. sliced radishes
1 c. cooked green peas
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

This may be made the day before. Cook rice. Toss lightly with French dressing and refrigerate. Cook peas. Chop celery and radishes and mix with peas, then refrigerate. Combine mayonnaise with onion, curry powder, salt, pepper and mustard. Refrigerate.

ABOUT ONE HOUR BEFORE SERVING - combine all ingredients, toss lightly and refrigerate. Serve on lettuce to 4 people.
