DILLY ZUCCHINI AND GREEN PEPPER 
4 sm. zucchini, about 1 lb.)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 green onions, sliced
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt, optional
1/4 tsp. diced dill weed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut zucchini into 1/2 slices. Heat oil in 10 inch skillet. Add zucchini and remaining ingredients, cover and simmer until zucchini is tender, about 10 minutes. 4 servings.
