8 med. sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix ingredients together and put into casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 stick soft butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix and put on top of casserole; will be lumpy. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
