BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
16 slices white bread
1 lb. pork sausage
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
4 1/2 c. milk
10 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter

Brown and crumble sausage and onion. Remove crusts from bread. Place 8 slices in 8x13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle drained sausage and onion over bread. Add 3/4 of the grated cheese. Cover with remaining bread.

Pour the following mixture over bread: Beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand overnight. Before baking, pour melted butter over top and cover with chips. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
