BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. sausage, brown and drain grease (I use Jimmy Dean sausage).

Butter large casserole dish Cube 12 slices of firm white bread and put it into casserole pan Cover with 3 cups of grated Cheddar cheese, sharp.

4 c. of milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
8 egg
Touch of salt

Refrigerate over night. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees or until firm.
