STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
2 1/2 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 small boxes strawberries (frozen)
2 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into a 9x13-inch pan. Mix Jello and hot water until dissolved. Add frozen strawberries. Set aside to cool and congeal slightly.

Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip and confectioners' sugar. Pour into crust. Add strawberry mixture on top of cream cheese layer. Refrigerate before serving.
