HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. blanched, chopped almonds
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. shredded cheese
2 c. coarsely broken potato chips

Mix ingredients together except cheese and potato chips. Place in oiled baking dish. Sprinkle cheese, then potato chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees until hot. Six to eight servings.
