HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. stewed chicken
1 c. celery, diced
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients, except the potato chips. Cover mixture with crushed chips.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
