ALE BREAD 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. Miller's bran
1/2 c. oatmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer

Mix together all dry ingredients. Add beer. Stir until blended. Do not overmix. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 375 degrees until lightly browned and inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool on rack.
