GALLEANO CHICKEN 
4-6 chicken breasts (boned)
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. Galleano liqueur
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Pinch of garlic salt
Pinch of lemon pepper
Pinch of Mrs. Dash (your preference)

Season chicken with spices. Brown on both sides in skillet. Set aside. In same pan mix flour, orange juice and Galleano. Add water if too thick. Add chicken and simmer 15 minutes. Add green onion and simmer additional 15 minutes or until tested done. Arrange on platter and serve remaining sauce as side dish. Serve with consume rice.
