16 (2 1/2 inch) sq. graham crackers, crushed 8 oz. Weight Watchers cream cheese 8 oz. (sm.) Cool Whip 1 pkg. each chocolate & vanilla diet pudding 1/4 c. butter, melted 8 pkgs. sweetener 3 c. skim milk Mix crackers and butter. Put in 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sweetener and 1/2 Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Use 1 1/2 cups milk for each pudding. Layer puddings over cream cheese. Frost with remaining Cool Whip. Chill 8 servings. 3/4 milk, 1 fat, 1 bread, 1/2 protein, 40 optional. |
