STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE TARTS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
6 individual graham cracker pie shells, or 1 lg.

In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine cream cheese, strawberries and sugar. Process until smooth. Transfer to large bowl; fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture, mounding slightly into individual pie shells. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 to 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and fresh strawberries, if desired.

Makes 6 tarts.
