STRAWBERRY DESSERT PIZZA 
1 recipe pastry for double crust pie
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/3 c. toasted almonds, crushed
1 qt. fresh strawberries, cleaned & stemmed

Roll pastry dough in a 15 inch circle and fit in a pizza pan, making about a half inch fluted edge. Prick generously with a fork and bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. Cool.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and milk in a small bowl and beat until smooth and fluffy.

Fold in whipped cream and add almonds. Spread evenly over baked pizza shell. Refrigerate about 2 hours. Place whole strawberries over creamed topping and pour cooled strawberry glaze over berries.

STRAWBERRY GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 c. crushed strawberries

Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Blend in water and add strawberries. Cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cover and cool.
