WILTED SPINACH 
1 lb. spinach
1/4 lb. bacon (crisp & crumbled)
1-2 boiled eggs, sliced
1 sm. onion

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar (cider vinegar o.k.)
Little salt & pepper
1/8 tsp. ore more oregano

I use the inner leaves of spinach mostly not using the stems. Can cook the stems.
