SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. clover
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks
1 c. raisins
Baked pie shell

Cover raisins with boiling water. Let stand while mixing remaining ingredients in heavy sauce pan. Drain raisins. Add to pan. Cook until thick. Pour into pie shell. Top with merinque. Bake until golden brown.
