THREE BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. ketchup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. Velveeta cheese, shredded
1 can pork and beans
1 can lima beans
1 can red kidney beans
13x9x2 pan

Brown hamburger, add onion. Drain. Break up meat. Drain kidney beans juice only. Add all beans. Add brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, ketchup (be generous). Put in 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles. Put bacon and cheese on top and cook uncovered for 40 minutes. Best if bacon is precooked, but not crisp.
