HOT BACON DRESSING 
1 lb. bacon, diced
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar or more to taste

Fry bacon and remove from pan, reserving drippings. Stir in remaining ingredients. Continue stirring until thickened. Use for spinach salad with Hot Bacon Dressing or German potato salad.
