CINNAMON TWISTS 
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts (optional)

Set oven at 425 degrees. Melt butter in small saucepan. Remove from heat. Combine sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Roll each biscuit into 9 inch rope. Pinch ends of rope together with fingers to seal. Dip biscuit circles in butter, then in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Twist each biscuit into a figure 8. Place biscuits on baking sheet. Sprinkle on nuts if desired. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
