QUAKERS BAKED CHICKEN 
1 c. oats, uncooked
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 chicken (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) cut up and skinned
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place dry ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend for 1 minute, stopping occasionally to stir. Coat chicken pieces with oat mixture, dip into milk, coat again with oat mixture. Place in baking dish, drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork.
