NO BAKE - CONCH KEY - LIME PIE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3 1/2 oz. bottled Key Lime juice (Grandma's Pantry has it)
1 graham cracker crust in a deep pie dish

Cream the cream cheese, add can of condensed milk and whip, whip, whip and whip again. Add the lime juice and whip, whip, whip. The more beating, the better the pie. Pour into graham cracker crust and top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.

Am making this for an Easter dessert to go with rack of lamb. Hubby loves key lime pie and this was closest Id do. I wanted light dessert after the big meal we had planned since both of us are trying to eat "healthier".

Like others I used 8p cream cheese and cool whip instead of just 16oz cream cheese. Then right before serving I whipped up some fresh whipped cream. I also followed 2 comments suggestion and didn't use vanilla because it does not mix with lime!!! Also used bottled key lime juice.

Yummy I'll be saving this recipe!. Next time toasting coconut flakes to top pie with.

True Key Lime Pie recipe from the Florida Keys 1940s. 2 cans condensed milk, 1/2 cup key lime juice, 1 beaten egg. Combine, beat good, pour into pie crust. Refrigeratate. Top with whipped cream.

I liked that it is not too sweet, but a bit heavy. Maybe next time I will use one container of cool whipped and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese.

Yum! Made it with only 8 oz. pg. of cream cheese, as it was all I had on hand, kept all the other ingredients the same though (store bought graham cracker pie crust), and it was so yummy. No need to even top it with whipped cream, just great the way it was. Thanks for a great no bake no egg key lime pie.

Made this pie tonight and was one pack of cream cheese short. Standard packs are 8 oz., so I subsituted a container of Cool Whip (8 oz.) and it was really good.
