CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 chicken cutlets, pounded
2 triangles Gruyere or Swiss cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 slices imported ham
Butter

Wrap cheese piece inside ham. Wrap ham with cutlet (may use toothpick to hold together). In pan melt 4 tablespoons butter. Roll chicken in melted butter and then in bread crumbs. Put in dish with rest of butter. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Place chicken in a circle and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes uncovered. Let stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
