BIRTHDAY CAKE 
1 pt. heavy cream
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. Presio flour

Beat cream and eggs for 1 minute. Gradually add sugar while beating. Gradually add flour while beating. Continue beating until smooth. Grease and flour a 12 inch round pan. Line bottom with waxed paper. Pour in batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 1/2 box confectioners sugar
1 egg white
2 sticks butter
Little milk for consistency
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients together gradually. Add food coloring if desired.

Frost cake when completely cooled.
