PASTA SLAW 
Preparation time: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 10 minutes. Chilling time: 1 hour.

1/2 lb. uncooked linguini
3/4 c. cole slaw dressing
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 c. chopped red or green cabbage
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. grated carrots

Cook pasta according to label directions; drain, rinse and drain again. Combine cole slaw dressing, onion and mustard; add pasta, stirring to coat. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least one hour. Just before serving, add cabbage, green pepper and carrots to pasta mixture, stirring to coat. 10 servings (1/2 cup each).
