BERRY CRUMBLE 
3 c. raspberries (or 1 pkg., 12 or 16 oz., frozen)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. quick oats
1/3 c. butter
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Cream or ice cream

Spread raspberries in a square microwavable dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix remaining ingredients except cream; sprinkle over berries. Microwave (uncovered) on high 7-10 minutes until berries are hot and bubbly. Let stand uncovered 10 minutes. Serve warm over ice cream. In oven 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
