MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. onion
3 carrots
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. mayo

Cook macaroni until tender; drain and rinse. Mix with the first 3 ingredients. Mix together the milk, vinegar, sugar and mayo. Pour over macaroni. Salt and pepper.
