2 egg whites
2 c. brown sugar
4 c. pecans, chopped

Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in brown sugar; add pecans. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees until golden brown; about 10 to 12 minutes.
