CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 chicken cut up or chicken breasts or thighs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can milk (large)
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. rice, regular
Salt
Pepper

Mix soups and milk and rice together in baking dish. Lay chicken on top of soup and rice mixture. Dab with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
