PEPPER STEAK 
1 round steak, cut in strips
3-4 green peppers, cut in strips
2 onions, cut in chunks
2-3 tomatoes, cut in chunks
1 (12 oz.) can beef broth
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
Paprika
4 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 4 tbsp. water

Brown round steak in butter and garlic. Sprinkle paprika on meat pieces while browning. Pour beef broth over browned meat and simmer for 30 minutes. Next, add onions and green pepper and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes more. Make a paste of soy sauce, cornstarch, water and add to meat and vegetable mixture, stirring until thickened. Add tomatoes and simmer until they're just heated through, about 5 minutes. Serve with rice. 5 to 6 servings.
