6 c. diced peeled peaches
4 c. sugar
1 orange, ground
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Pour sugar over diced peaches. Let stand 30 minutes. Add pineapple and ground orange. Cook 40 minutes or longer. Remove from fire and add 1 cup chopped walnuts. Seal in sterilized jars.
