BARBEQUE BEEF 
4 lbs. chuck steak pot roast, cut up
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 bottle chili sauce

Brown meat in onion. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer for hours until tender (add water as needed), at least 3 hours. The longer the better, until stringy and soft. Easy to make ahead.
