CHICKEN DELICIOUS 
6 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 frying chicken, about 3 lbs., cut up
1 lb. sweet or hot Italian sausage links, cut up
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Arrange potatoes in large shallow 3 quart casserole. Mix seasonings and sprinkle some on potatoes. Arrange chicken and sausage on top. Pour oil over mixture and sprinkle with remaining seasonings. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 375 degrees, uncover casserole and bake 30 minutes longer or until chicken and potatoes are well browned. Good with garlic bread and green salad.
