MUSHROOM CHICKEN 
Chicken pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
Wine (not cooking wine, red or white same as the wine for dinner if wine is served)
Oil

Flour and season chicken to taste. Fry chicken in oil until golden brown. Remove chicken and all but 1 tablespoon of oil. Saute onions in skillet. Stir in soup and 1 can of wine until smooth. Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
