2 c. cooked rice
2 eggs
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt
1 can cream of chicken soup

Beat eggs and add to rice; mix well. Stir in celery and onion. Add salt to taste. Add soup. Stuff chicken with dressing. Wrap with foil the first hour of cooking. Then open foil and brown.
