HOT ROLLS 
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 c. oil
3 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water

In large mixing bowl, mix water, oil, sugar, salt and 2 cups flour. Add dissolved yeast, then add other 2 cups flour. Beat until bowl comes clean. Knead dough until smooth, let rise double it's size. Knead a little more, then roll out dough in a long roll. Form balls, put in greased pan. Let rise, then bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
