PORK CHOP SUPREME 
4 (1/2 inch thick) pork chops
1 c. orange juice
1 c. flour
1 c. rice
2 1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper pork chops to suit yourself. Roll pork chop in flour. Place in a hot greased skillet. Brown completely on both sides. Cook rice. Place rice in a casserole dish. Pour in 1 cup of orange juice. Place pork chop on top and place in oven at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes.
