SHRIMP LOUIS DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 c. finely chopped cooked shrimp

Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cover; chill. Makes 3 cups.
