This is how I do it too. Great way to use the rest of that bag of tortilla chips you didn't eat while watching the game. Crunchy outside, tender inside. I use whole eggs though. If you aren't watching your cholesterol there's no reason not to.

Have to respond to this recipe. Three bites into their chicken and the wife begins coughing and gulping her milk...lol. The wife wasn't fond of it. After my youngest sees her doing that, she gets terrified. Other child asked for seconds and I liked it too. One thing was missing though. It did seem a little bland. It was juicy but bland. I'll do again just with less spice and a little flavor.

My husband and I LOVE this recipe. I alter it, just a little bit every time I make it, and it's simply delicious.

Just made it and very easy to prepare. Great flavor, moist chicken with crunchy outside. Used ground chipotle spice and whole wheat bread crumbs. Will definitely use this recipe again. Thanks.

I tried this recipe. It was a bit on the spicy side next time I will decrease the amount of red pepper.

I made this using the bread crumbs and along with buttermilk biscuits from scratch and the dinner was a hit with my EXTREMELY PICKY 12 year old, and also my 14 year old and husband. I'll add it to the winter & fall rotation. :)

Just made this chicken breast recipe and my kids (some of which are very picky eaters) LOVED IT!!! The chicken came out perfectly done. I have a tendency to overcook the chicken making it too dry. But this was moist and juicy!!! I will definitely make this again. Thanks!

I just want you to know that, this recipe is delicious. I used crushed corn flakes instead but wow, this is great. (I eyeballed everything and might have used too much red chili peppers, whew...). Really great.
